The Economic Development Board (Mauritius), an apex body operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Development, is currently organizing a Freeport and Logistics event from 21st to 25th February 2022 in the margin of Dubai Expo 2020, to mark the celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Mauritius Freeport since its inception in 1992.

The Mauritius Freeport was ranked Global Runner up and No. 1 in Africa for the fDi’s Global Free Zones Awards of the Year 2021 by the fDi Intelligence Magazine.

This event will therefore provide the opportunities for the participants to leverage on the recent rankings in FDI Intelligence to showcase the Mauritius Freeport as the ideal logistics, distribution and value addition platform between Asia and Africa.
